School Mass

• Each year level responsible for a specific job.
• When the music plays, children move to the
  classrooms.
• Assemble in the Basketball Court by 8.50am for
  8.55am start
• Finish by 9.40am

Walkathon

• Start as soon as possible after 9.40am.
• Shotgun start a siren will sound.
• Same course as last year.
• Finish at 11.10am a siren will sound.
• Morning Tea - 11.10am 11.30am.
• Normal duties 10 mins each.

Prizes

• 10 Music vouchers
• 10 - 20 Beyblades
• 20 - 40 Camera
• 40 - 50 Discman
• 50 - 75 X-Box (and minor prizes draw)
• Over 75 TV (and minor prizes for all entires
  in this category)
• The children will be entered in all categories up
  to the amount they raise.

Rotation Activities

• Yrs P-3 will rotate with other classes on their
  Yr level, with each teacher organising a half
  hour activity. (One activity is the music
  activity)
• Yrs 4-7 will be in 6 groups (2 classes per group
  4/4,4/5,5/5,6/6,6/7,7/7)
• 3 half hour activities per group
• The Music activity will cater for 2 groups in Yrs
  
• 4-7(4 classes) allowing all groups to do the
  activity.
• A sheet will go up on the whiteboard tomorrow
  for you to choose class combinations and a role
  to take on St Ritas Day for the Rotation
  Activities.

Lunch

• 1.00pm 1.45pm.
• BBQ lunch provided for staff.
• 3 duties 15mins each (those who normally have
  duty plus volunteers will be asked to enter their
  names on a playground roster on the white board).

Buddy Activities

• Buddy classes will decide between themselves
  how this session will be spent from 1.45pm to
  2.45pm

• Rotation Activities 11.30am 1.00pm
• BBQ lunch 1.00pm 1.45pm
