• Comment Add a new service Attribute Ownership
  Release Denied that is used in response to
  Request Attribute Ownership Release to indicate
  that a federate is unwilling to release ownership
  of an attribute.
• Recommended Resolution This seems like a useful
  addition. Recommend accepting with the following
  changes
• Post conditions should be
• a) No change has occurred in instance attribute
  ownership
• b) The RTI has been informed of the set of
  instance attributes that the federate is not
  willing to divest
• In figure 15, the edge from Acquiring to Not
  Acquiring should be labeled Attribute Ownership
  Unavailable instead of Attribute Ownership
  Release Denied
