• How? We use a pre amplifier on the power head to
  give more dynamic range
• We are the fastest!
• Why? The power meter can settle out and read
  faster then most other receivers like a spectrum
  analyzer.
• We can calibrate in approximately 30-40 minutes.
  Previously, it could take 2-4hrs!

  level tests

• This is the ideal 1st step for a manufacturer
  starting to build up the ability to perform
  testing.
• This test can be extremely difficult to pass
  requiring much engineering and redesign therefore
  an extreme amount of testing.
• Cost advantages to perform testing in-house.
• Time and Profits can be seen quickly when
  government deadlines need to be meet.
• Passing this test in most cases helps with
  passing the Radiated Immunity part of testing.
• A shielded room is recommended but not absolutely
  necessary to start testing.

• EM Test is smaller but who cares if they cant
  do the test?
• Looks pieced together (I can make that)
• Turn this into a strength.
• With the independent instruments we use, the
  customer ultimately gets a much more superior
  product.
• More accurate
• Can be calibrated as a system or as individual
  instruments
• These arguments work!
• Customer could not build the same system
  themselves for this price and ease of operation.
