  • The LA/OC Regional Consortium was a valuable
    resource to me when Perkins IV was re-authorized.
    As a new administrator, I relied on the input and
    experience of this group to develop our own local
    plan, understand core indicators, and later
    negotiate performance levels. I am currently
    relying on the Consortium to revise Mt. SAC's
    Advisory Handbook. I have collected the best
    practices of other LA/OC Community Colleges

    and to bring stakeholders together to collaborate
    on projects and create innovative solutions. For
    my programs specifically, the regional consortium
    is the best resource to facilitate communication
    and collaboration, and to leverage resources

  • LOWDL always helps me keep up-to-date on
    Chancellor's Office issues, deadlines, etc.
    LOWDL also facilitates regional meetings for
    subgroups (TP, Interior Des., Coop Ed, etc.) as
    well as the fantastic staff development trainings
    each year at Workforce Leaders. LOWDL is my go
    to resource that helps me be an effective CTE
    administrator and advocate.

    our program offerings to the next level
