Company Structure

• Exploration Licences 24101 and 24102 are located
  in the Roper River district of the Northern
  Territory They contain the Roper River Iron Ore
  Fields
• North Australian Iron Ore Pty Ltd is a private
  Australian Registered Company with an Australian
  Business Number of 124 739 546. It was
  incorporated specifically to be the holder of
  Exploration leases 24101 and 24102 and to explore
  and develop the Roper River Iron Ore Deposits.
• North Australian Iron Ore Pty Ltd is 100 owned
  by Citizen International Invest Ltd. A company
  incorporated in the British Virgin Islands with
  company number 1414025. In effect North
  Australian Iron Ore Pty Ltd is already owned
  offshore making investment or purchase by
  overseas companies easier.

Resources

• The Roper River Iron Ore Deposits were first
  discovered by BHP in the 1950s and were
  explored, drilled and sampled and ore
  beneficiated during the next 5 years.
• CSIRO (Leading Government Scientific
  Laboratories) completed all chemistry and test
  work on the ore for BHP.
• BHP discovered 26 deposits of iron ore as
  hematite ranging from low to moderately high
  grade iron ore.
• Of the 26 deposits only 2 were fully
  investigated. These two resources contain over
  400 million ton of ore.
• BHP left the area in 1960 for the Western
  Australian Iron ore fields

• Further Iron Ore fields were identified in the
  area to the East and these are currently being
  investigated and are in the control of North
  Australian Iron Ore .
• The Northern Territory Government investigated
  the deposits in the 1990s and confirmed BHP data
  and inferred the resource estimates with further
  sampling and drilling.
• These deposits were granted to the Directors of
  North Australian Iron Ore in 1989 and further
  resources were explored.
• Interest has grown in these deposits due to the
  large ore reserves, current road and rail
  infrastructure, new port facilities and ease of
  mining. The deposits are either on the surface
  or at relatively shallow depth.
• The ore ranges in the explored deposits from 39
  to 63 Fe with lower grades beneficiated to
  63.5 Fe by CSIRO and further beneficiated by
  ProMet Engineering of Perth, W.A. a leading
  Engineering company
