  • Not tuned into psychiatric diagnoses (use the
    word stress)
  • Consanguineous marriages recessive syndromes
  • Seem to be a high degree of medically unexplained
    symptoms/somatisation - BUT high morbidity
  • Patients may be consulting other healers
