Management
Bill Inman, Chief Executive Officer and
Director Bill Inman has excelled in the
recruiting industry for five years. Mr. Inmans
recruiting experience includes the recruitment,
management, and training of a national direct
sales team from 1995 through 1997. Mr. Inman
furthered his recruitment experience by working
with General Employment Enterprises, a large
national publicly traded recruitment company. He
has extensive consulting experience with start-up
recruiting companies and companies seeking
talented people. Mr. Inman has successfully
built, and currently runs, Velocity Technologies,
a recruiting company, founded in 1997, that
locates and screens recruits in technical and
managerial areas. Mr. Inman and his recruiters
utilize Internet tools and résumés repositories
to locate the majority of their candidates.
Mr. Inmans client experience includes companies
ranging from Fortune 100 companies to early-stage
start-ups. Mr. Inman has developed a database of
over 35,000 technical professionals within
California. Mr. Inmans vantage point as a
recruiter working with many small to medium size
businesses, some in the insurance marketplace,
uncovered the opportunity the need for
automated staffing solutions that the Company
is now executing. Mr. Inman will focus his
energies on the Company post funding and plans to
assign the day to day operations of his
recruiting company to one of his partners.
Mr. Inman holds a Bachelors degree from the
University of California at Davis. Scott
Leutwyler, Vice President of Technology
Development and Director Scott Leutwyler spent
five years as a project manager and producer with
Lucasfilm Ltd. and Fault Line Pictures. He spent
his early career designing software applications
in the geophysical industry for Digicon
Geophysical, Chevron, and ARCO. Mr. Leutwylers
technical proficiency crosses the continuum from
object-oriented programming, C and Java
implementation work, through to the project
management of distributed application
development. His technical expertise lies in
capturing and analyzing system requirements,
information architecture design, and development
methodology. Mr. Leutwylers responsibilities
included the hiring and assembly of engineering
and software design teams. Originally educated as
a molecular biologist, Mr. Leutwyler spent three
years working on the West Coast of Africa with
The World Bank and various health organizations
in Senegal, Guinea-Bissau and the Ivory Coast.
Mr. Leutwyler is also a Co-founder and Officer of
Production Intelligence Inc., a company in the
start-up phase, targeted to the media production
field. Mr. Leutwyler will continue to lead the
development of the Companys software through
development and beta testing. Gilbert Somera,
Sales Consultant1 Gilbert Somera has been one
of the top members of the sales team at West
Group, a Division of the Thompson Corporation,
for four years. West Group is one of the premier
legal information and software companies in the
world. Mr. Somera is currently on the VP
Advisory Board at West Group and was the first
team member at the company chosen to sell the
WestWorks ASP program. He has been a Century
Club member for West Group every year he has been
with the company. Additionally, Mr. Somera
served as Vice President of Sales for JC Trucking
Inc. and increased sales by 3.5 million dollars
(300) within two years. Furthermore, Mr. Somera
was an early mover in the web development
business as a founder of Internet 5 Consulting in
1994.

Larry Goelman, Advisory Board, Strategic
Consultant Larry is the Managing Director of
Tremont Partners, Inc., providing funding and
financial, marketing and operational consulting
to emerging companies. As Interim Chairman and
CEO of Diedrich Coffee, Inc., Larry rebuilt this
NASDAQ listed coffeehouse company by bringing in
a new management team, refocusing the company on
a revised business plan and closing several
money-losing stores. He also served as Interim
President and CEO of Pinnacle Micro, Inc.,
beginning the turnaround process for this
troubled NASDAQ listed leading optical storage
company. As founder, Chairman and CEO of Cost
Care, Inc., Larry built this national healthcare
cost management firm from startup to a 60
million organization. He formerly served as
Corporate Vice President of FHP, President of
Genstar Pacific and Director of Mergers and
Acquisitions of Genstar Limited, and in various
administrative, operations and marketing
capacities at IBM. Larry received his MBA from
University of Western Ontario, with his
undergraduate degree at Sir George Williams
University in Canada. Jerry Silver, Advisory
Board, Financial Consultant Jerry Silver has
served as a financial consultant and strategic
advisor to RD and emerging companies since 1994.
Mr. Silver has assisted several companies in
developing new technologies and building
successful businesses around those technologies.
He serves on the Advisory Board for the Orange
County Inventors Forum. Previously, Mr. Silver
served as Founder, CEO, and Chairman of for both
public and private companies. Mr. Silver holds a
Law degree from the Dickinson School of Law and
was Phi Beta Kappa while attending the University
of Richmond, Virginia where he received his
Bachelors degree. Tim Moore, Advisory Board Tim
Moore brings nearly 30 years of experience in
employee relations and human resources to the
team. Most recently, he was a Vice President and
Member of the Board of Directors for a closely
held national 300 million manufacturing company
where he directed such diverse activities as
recruiters, human resources, risk and insurance,
and the companys ongoing relationships with
labor unions in eight states. Mr. Moore managed
investor relations, and was instrumental in
negotiating the companys sale to a French
building materials concern. Mr. Moore is a past
chairman of an industry wide group of senior
labor relations executives, and currently serves
as Trustee of a Union-Management Welfare Trust.
He received his Bachelors of Science Degree from
Evergreen College in Washington.
