Who can take part ?

• Private companies, universities and higher
  education establishments, associations and public
  sector bodies
• Contractor must be a legal person
• No contracts with individuals
• Organisation must be able to sign contract

• Single country, single partner possible for
  hotline and awareness nodes
• Single partner possible for hotline and awareness
  co-ordination but European dimension
• Other minimum 2 partners from 2 Member States

• Memorandum of Understanding

• Financial and operational capacity to carry out
  the project
• co-financing
• adequate human resources
• Professional competencies and qualifications
• documented relevant experience (e.g. academic
  qualifications or previous projects)

• Produce accounts in EU format with proposal
• Co-financing - explain where money comes from

Deadline

• Proposals must be DELIVERED to the correct
  address by the deadline
• 14 November 2003
