    example is your note back on
  • the soldier dying/educational IRA idea. You
    engaged with Art, you linked to
  • another piece of content to let people know
    relevant content that they might not
  • otherwise see, and you asked people to share
    their own ideas on the subject. It
  • just doesnt get any better than that. Training
    note Create hyperlinked text. You
  • can highlight a word and then click on the icon
    of the globe to hyperlink your text
  • to other content on the site The subject of
    how to deal with a soldier dying in
  • your unit is probably one that we need to bring
    to the top, so I am very interested
  • in seeing if your note gets any response from
    other members in the community.

Practitioners who display two fundamental charact
eristics 1. A desire to be more effective in
the practice of their work 2. A desire to help
others be more effective - to invest in the
growth and development of others
Community Leader to Community Member interaction
consists of the following five elements 1. Clear
and frequent articulation of the communitys
purpose 2. Inspiration that the community member
can personally make a difference 3. Competence or
skill development, describing specifically how to
do something concrete within the
community 4. Encouragement around the impact the
community member has already made on the
community of practitioners 5. A statement of
relationship, showing an interest in the
community member that goes beyond the domain
of the communitys purpose
