Blue Patrol It is a ceremonial dress and usually
referred to as a mess dress. It is a combination
of trousers and a band gala coat with ranks on

6A/ 6B 6 Alpha and 6 Bravo are winter and summer
formal dress respectively. It is similar to Blue
Patrol but is white in color. 6 Bravo is
complemented with a belt depicting regimental
color.

Ceremonials This is an occasional uniform worn
during ceremonies like the guard of honor,
military funeral, etc. It includes a scarf, belt,
and medals on shirt and trousers.

Combats This is the proud Jungle Dress of the
Indian army worn in the combat field. It is a
smartly designed dress for camouflaging in the
forest. It is also worn in peace zones on
Fridays. No metal ranks or decorations are worn
