    kilos, but if youre like most people, your teeth
    feel a bit grungy as well.

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR A TEETH CLEANING
  • It might be a good time for a teeth cleaning to
    get your New Year off to a good start. Not only
    will your hygienist clean all the gunk called
    calculus off your teeth, but they will help you
    plan to keep your teeth and gums healthy all year
    long.

SET A ROUTINE AND STICK TO IT
  • Make sure that you brush your teeth at least
    twice a day for about two minutes. Use dental
    floss to clean between your teeth to prevent gum
    disease. Its an essential component of an oral
    health regimen.

    each meal. If youre back to work in the office,
    carry a travel-sized toothbrush and toothpaste
    along with you and use them.

    and beverages. Avoid sweet, overly acidic, or

  • After the holidays, summer begins in earnest.
    Whether you prefer surfing, beach volleyball, or
    another popular summer sport, wear a mouthguard
    to protect your teeth from the inevitable bumps
    and falls.
