CUET 2022

• Central University Entrance Test or CUET was
  announced by the University Grants Commission
  (UGC) almost a month back on March 22, 2022.
• The exam would be conducted by the National
  Testing Agency. However, there are still doubts
  revolving around the exam.

What is CUET?

• CUET 2022 is an online (computer-based) exam for
  students to seek admission to 45 Central
  Universities.
• As per the NTA, CUET will be conducted in the 1st
  2nd week of July 2022, and the online
  application process began from April 06 2022
  till May 06 2022.

WHY CUET?

• Weve seen a trend of skyrocketing cut-offs for
  admission to undergraduate programs at various
  central universities, including Delhi University,
  for several years.
• CUET will provide a single-window opportunity and
  a level playing field for all students however,
  board marks could be the minimum eligibility
  criteria.

How can you apply for the CUET 2022?
Step 1 Visit the official website of CUET, i.e.,
cuet.samarth.ac.in. Step 2 On the homepage,
click on the link that reads, CUET 2022
Registration. Step 3 A new page will appear on
the screen. Step 4 Register yourself and proceed
with the application form. Step 5 Upload the
required documents and click on the submit
button. Step 6 Take a printout of the
application form for future reference.
