Defective Workmanship EXPOSED
We were recently called to transfer a temporary
builder's connection to a permanent supply on a
residential property. Upon the inspection of the
electrician's work we noticed some things were
not quite right.
Following a further investigation we uncovered
the conduit for the consumer mains was installed
nowhere near the minimum required depth, in other
areas it was unprotected and exposed.
The private pole A was installed further into the
property than permitted the overhead service
installed for the temporary crossed the
neighbour's boundary. These issues deemed it
unsuitable to connect and transfer to permeant
power.
