As a former CPA, Louis Modugno brings vast and
varied experience to his law practice. He is a
seasoned litigator with significant experience in
transactional matters who provides both legal and
transactional advice to the numerous charities he
serves.

Mr. Modugno was admitted to his home states Bar
Association in 1996. He practices in New York and
Pennsylvania as well, and in 2014 was appointed
Commissioner to the New Jersey School Ethics
Commission where he served until 2018.

Louis Modugno is a family man who invests in his
community while maintaining a thriving career as
an attorney. He has been admitted to the State
Bar Associations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and
New York and he joined Trif Modugno in February
2021 as a co-managing member.

Career as a CPA
Before practicing law, Louis Modugno began his
career as a CPA. In 1995 he was admitted to the
New Jersey State Bar, and he has since expanded
his practice to include litigation in both
Pennsylvania and New York. He has made the Top
100 New Jersey Attorney list and received the
Family Life Award from Assumption College for
Sisters.
