• The Grind was created out of a desire to bring a
  new and exciting neighborhood dining and bar
  concept to Arcadia. The owners were always
  looking for a comfortable and hip place to meet
  friends for drinks and food. When they came
  across the location at 40th and Camelback, they
  knew it was the perfect spot and with the right
  team in place they could play a vital role in
  redeveloping that corner of the Camelback
  Corridor. The recession wasnt going to stop them
  from achieving their goal of creating an everyday
  place with outstanding food and drinks.

• The Grind Arcadia as much as we do. It has become
  a place for us to escape the daily grind by
  pulling up a bar stool and watching a game,
  grabbing a bite to eat late night, or enjoying a
  cocktail or glass of wine with friends.

  States to utilize custom coal-fired ovens that
  cook at over 1,000 degrees. The ovens come with
  two adjustable broiler racks that allow The Grind
  to cook a wide variety of meats and vegetables in
  the oven simultaneously
