Lets find out how to delete credit memo in
QuickBooks

  • Go to the Customer Menu in your QuickBooks
    Account.
  • Select the Customer and Jobs Tab and Select the
    Customer.
  • Find the specific Credit Memo you want to delete
    or cancel.
  • Now in the edit menu. From the dropdown click on
    VOID CREDIT MEMO and Choose confirm.
