Weight plates are the foremost standard tool for
fitness equipment in any gym, yet beyond sliding
them onto a barbell, most people never give them
a reconsideration. All weight plates have
generally shaped an equivalent. They're round,
with a hole within the center, with flat sides
that allow them to slip. Metal weight plates will
slide easier than the rubber-coated bumper plate
versions, and both will slide easier on carpet
than they're going to a wooden floor.

Weight Plate Strength Exercise
Pushups with Weight Plates
Start in a plank position with a plate under each
hand, a touch narrower than shoulder-width apart
therefore, the weight plates touch. Keep your
body in a line from head to heels.
4
Side Lunges
Stand with a plate under your right foot. Take an
outsized, lateral step with the left foot. Lower
into a side lunge, the bulk of your weight on the
left leg, while keeping the proper leg straight.
Hamstring Curls
Lie confront, knees bent, with a plate under each
heel. Squeeze glutes and lift hips off the
bottom, creating a line from shoulders to knees.
5
Standing Circle Abduction
Stand next to a sturdy surface you'll hold on to
lightly for support. Start bending your
stabilized leg, the one closest to your support
surface, ever slightly.
