What is Tofu

• Tofu is a dish made by using soyabean extract and
  coagulating the soy milk in a similar manner how
  paneer is made from milk.

How Tofu Paneer Is Made

• 1. The process begins taking husks of soyabean
  and soaking the seeds in the water at room
  temperature. Using some formulation, the beany
  odour is removed and the beans are then washed
  again to go the the grinder.
• 2. The processed soya milk is then collected in a
  tub of fixed volume. Mixing with water with
  precise ratio, the beans are then grinded to make
  the soy milk. The milk is then pasteurized and
  collected to cool down.
• 3. The milk is then cooled to a room temperature
  and then the coagulation of the milk begins by
  adding the coagulating agents.
• 4. When the milk begins coagulating, the solids
  are collected and transferred to the tofu press
  machine to drain the excess moisture.
• 5. At the end, we get a fresh block of tofu.
