been known to provide relief from sore throat,
cough and colds. Lozenges contain an ingredient
called menthol which mildly numbs the tissues in

  • Honey is a great natural remedy for cough and
sore throats. Additionally, warm liquids of any
kind also provide relief for sore throats. Mix a
teaspoon of honey in a cup of warm water and
drink it up. In addition to providing relief,
this will also keep you hydrated, thus letting
your body create more fluids and avoiding further
    irritation in the throat.

throat. If you dont have access to humidifiers,
then heat some water in a pan or fill your sink
with hot water, wrap a towel around your head and
breathe in the moist air. Youll feel your
blocked airways free up soon after.

throat cure that has been used in households for
a long time. The salt in the water will help pull
the mucus out of your throat, thus alleviating
