senior citizens?
In the young population yoga and meditation are
really popular, because today's youth is more
dedicated and enthusiastic about their fitness
and physique. With the recent growth and
popularity of yoga, even elders are understanding
its benefits. Yoga is turning out as the best
physical activity which elders can do to reduce
stress, improve bodily strength, and further stay
fit from several health issues. There are no
limits to the benefits of yoga and meditation,
but we would be compiling some of the advantages
it gives to elders. In fact, we at Karmabhumi,

encourage senior citizens to include yoga and
meditation in their life. Lets check some of the

Reduces chronic pain Getting old is not easy, it
makes you weak, you will start to have body ache
