Dr. Roy Blackburn has the Diplomat of the
American Board of Internal Medicine which he
earned in September 1991 and the Diplomat of the
American Board of Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation.

Roy Blackburn worked as medical director at
LAKEVIEW REHABILITATION HOSPITAL, Elizabethtown,
KY from July 1994- June 1995. Dr. Roy Blackburn
was a physician employee at DR. SHANE VERVOORT,
Pensacola, and Ft. Walton Beach, FL from July
1993- June 1994.

Roy Blackburn also attended ST. Vincent MEDICAL
CENTER, Staten Island, NY where he was Resident-
Internal Medicine from July 1987- June 1990.

Dr. Roy Blackburn got medical licenses from New
York, Oregon, and Utah. He is also an organ
donor. He also advocate all eligible individuals
to sign up to be an organ donor and give the gift
of life.

In the interim between completing his biology
degree and entering medical school, Dr. Roy
Manell Blackburn worked as an orderly in a
hospital and later on attended the Medical School
which he completed in 1987Roy Blackburn worked as
a medical director at ST. MICHAEL REHABILITATION
HOSPITAL, Texarkana, TX for 4 years from
1995-1999.
