  • This is green leafy and it is the rich source of
    zeaxanthin and lutein which contains beta
    carotene and vitamin A and they helped to protect
    eye tissues from sun damage and leads to reduce
    risk of macular degeneration and cataracts.
  • Turip greens, spinach and collard greens, peas,
    broccoli, kiwi, red grapes, corn, oranges. Yellow
    squash, honeydrew melon and mangoes are other
    good sources of these nutrients.
  • To absorb zeaxanthin and lutein, our body needs
    fat so be sure to have them with little of
    healthy fat like a few slices of avocado or a
    drizzle of olive oil.
  • As well as Kale is not a single note food, it
    also contains beta carotene and vitamin C and
    other eye nutrients.

    degeneration. Beta carotene gets converted into
    vitamin A by our body which helps to avoid eye
    problems like night blindness and dry eyes.
    Vitamin A and beta carotene helps to prevent
    other eye infections.
  • If you dont like sweet potatoes then eat other
    deep orange foods such as butternut squash and
    carrots with some dark green leafy vegetables
    like collard greens and spinach. Eggs, milk and
    liver are another rich source of vitamin A.
  • And, vitamin A and beta carotene are getting
    absorbed best when they are eating with healthy
    fat such as olive oil.

    to have enough omega -3 fatty acids which will
    help to reduce problem of dry eyes.
  • Try to include some healthy fat like salmon fish
    or other fish (two to three times per week), and
