  • Haroon Ullah was raised in the Tricities, a
    farming area in Washington.
  • In 1999, Haroon graduated from Whiteman College
    with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics. In
    2002, he earned a Masters degree at Harvard
    Universitys John F. Kennedy School of
    Government. Thereafter Ullah earned a joint PhD
    in political science and public policy from
    University of Michigan.
