EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
IMPORTANCE AND INFLUENCING FACTORS

"Early childhood education is the key to the
betterment of society."

As many studies are showing now that a childs
growth is influenced by a variety of elements,
both natural and nurture based. Parents can
handle their childs needs by recognizing some
of these aspects. The setting in which your
child grows up, as well as parental care, affecti
on, acceptability in daily life, and general
diet, can have a significant impact on his or
her life.

BONDING AND FAMILY
Childs family is one of the most influential
factors in his or her growth. The connection
given inside a family home help nourish and
protects the child physically and emotionally,
regardless of who is childs primary caretaker
you and your spouse, older siblings, or
relatives. Parents who spend quality time with
their children form a strong link with them, and
their children grow up with a strong sense of
attachment and confidence. Your time spent
caring your child will be reflected in his or her
positive development and progress.

THE PHYSICAL SETTING
The impact of the environment on a childs
development, including the physical setting in
which they are raised, cannot be overstated.
Your childs personality may be influenced by a
confined, noisy, and aggressive living
environment. If you have too many people living
in your house and your attention is divided, he
may seek for other types of attention, which
might cause an emotional barrier between you and
him.
Similarly, unfavorable circumstances might induce
children to tune out or bury negativity, leading
to an increase in introversion. Given how much
time a child spends at school each day, it is a
significant aspect of his life. It is your
obligation as a parent to determine which school
is most suited to your childs needs.

MONETARY SITUATION
Its no surprise that when it comes to living
comfortably, money is a deciding issue. It is
well known that income confers a significant
advantage and that it has a stronger effect on
child growth than schooling. For example, wealthy
parents can afford to invest more time with the
child, whereas poorer parents are too
preoccupied with making ends meet to have the
luxury of quality time with their children.
Wealth also enables higher academic training,
travel chances, extra classes, and other
benefits. Its easy to overlook that providing
for a child requires more than just money you
must be actively involved in his life.

NUTRITION AND HEALTH
Nutrition is essential for a childs physical
and mental development. Pregnant women must have
a well-balanced diet because malnutrition can
cause issues such as low birth weight,
miscarriages, stillbirths, slower development,
and so on. Breast milk is the perfect
nourishment for infants, containing
carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, minerals,
vitamins, antibodies, and everything else a
growing new- born requires. Breastfed children
are less likely to become obese, have lower
cholesterol levels, and have better cognitive.
Solid foods can be added to your childs diet
after the first six months.
9
LEARNING
Make sure that your childs mental development is
stimulated at home in addition to what he or she
learns at school. Cognitive, verbal, affective,
and physical skills are all included. A quiet
and caring home is ideal for this, as it allows
your youngster to concentrate on increasing his
abilities. In the absence of such a dynamic
environment, your childs language and speech
development may suffer. Anxiety, a lack of
excitement, a desire to not stay in one place
for too long, and other issues might result from
a negative learning environment.
