Judge Victoria Brennan has made contributions to
the legal profession in numerous ways throughout
her careernot the least of which through her
service as past member of a Florida Bar Grievance
committee.A former Circuit Court Judge and
longtime prosecutor with the State Attorneys
Office, Judge Brennan was appointed and to serve
on Florida Bar Grievance committee 11.

Purpose of Bar Grievance Committees As member of
the Florida Bar Grievance committee, Judge
Brennan and colleagues on the committee were
responsible for reviewing claims of misbehavior
by attorneys in their jurisdiction. Grievance
committees like Brennans share the purpose of
investigating possible lawyer misconduct brought
to light by Bar discipline attorneys. In
addition to service on the committee, Judge
Brennan (Ret.) once served the legal community
through work as part of the Florida Board of Bar
Examiners (FBBE).
