• Judge Victoria Brennan has served as a member of
  the legal community for nearly 30 years. She
  built her career on the foundation of a quality
  legal education at the University of Miami School
  of Law, where she graduated and received her
  Juris Doctorate in 1989.

• During law school, then-future judge Victoria
  Brennan demonstrated a high level of proficiency
  in appellate argument, and was awarded the title
  of Best Oral Advocate in the school in 1988. That
  same year, she was selected to compete as member
  of the UM State Championship Moot Court team. On
  the strength of those accomplishments, in the
  Spring of 1989, Brennan was awarded a scholarship
  to teach advanced moot court.

• Simultanous to attending class, serving on the
  Moot Court Board and representing the University
  of Miami School of Law in appellate advocacy
  competitions, Brennan also served as a Certified
  Legal Intern within the Miami-Dade State
  Attorneys Office during the summer of 1988 and
  the spring of 1989. It was shortly thereafter
  that Brennan was hired to work as Assistant State
  Attorney under then-State Attorney Janet Reno.
