• If you have two accounts for Trend Micro and
  now, you wish to merge them, in that case,
  merging is possible only if one account has a
  Password Manager subscription. In the case of
  having the same subscription for both, this task
  is not possible. If you still try this having the
  same subscription then, your account will be

• Press the power button for about 2-3 seconds to

  details related to the account and then click
  Merge Now. 
• Wait for 1-2 minutes and the problem will be
  resolved. Now, hit the button Sign in and confirm
  your licenses.
