You can comfortably breathe inside the helmet as
the fresh air gets pumped in through a hose that
comes right from above the water level. Inside
the helmet your head stays dry and you don't have
to worry about water getting in through your nose
or mouth. You can even adjust the glasses. The
heavy helmet feels weightless under the water.

Experience
Helmet diving is an evolution of the
old-fashioned, pre-scuba form of diving. The
diver wears a strongly-built helmet that is fed
air from a compressor on the surface, and the
helmet's seals and air pressure keep water from
entering the helmet. The helmets used for the
helmet diving are heavy enough to keep the
diver's feet on the sea bottom.

Sea Life
The helmet diving sites in Bermuda are on shallow
