  • There are so many benefits to having a healthy
    digestive system that perhaps we should all take
    a little more care with it.
  • The trick is a healthy diet and regular exercise.
    The diet should include a daily intake of the
    superfoods that provide plenty of roughage,
    vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
  • This means dark grapes, most red berries and in
    particular blueberries. Nuts are good and so are
    dark greens and fresh fish.

    their regular morning glass of kefir with a mix
    of freshly made puree of banana and berries. In
