Front Plank on Ball
In front plank exercise your body is parallel to

doing this exercise be sure keep your chin off

Leg Raises on a Power
This workout is a core exercise that works on
your whole abdominal area. Procedure to perform
the exercise is First, grab on to a pullup bar
with an overhand grip, then raise your legs by
flexing the hips and knees until the knees are
well above the hips or close to your chest. After
this return until hips and knees are extended
downward. Repeat this again. When you are doing
this exercise, stabilizing muscles involved are
the rectus abdominal and the obliques. This
exercise also helps you to improve stability in
the lower back.

Twist and Crunch
To perform Twist and crunch exercise, lie on your
back on the floor, bend your knees, cross your
arms in front of your chest, then after lift
your shoulders towards ceiling using your
abdominal muscles and pause at the peak, and ease
back down slowly as you inhale.

Long Arm Crunch
To Perform this exercise in correct ways, Take
position, Sit on the floor with your knees bent
and feet flat. Lie back and extend your arms
straight back on the floor as though you are
reaching above your head. Perform this again.

Reverse Crunch
If you want to perform this exercise, first lie
on your back on the floor, lift your feet off the
floor. You can either have your knees bent at a
90 degree angle, or you can point your feet in
the air with your legs as straight as you can get
them. After this lift your hips off the ground,
using your abs. Return and perform this again.

Bicycle Crunch Exercise
Bicycle exercise is one of the best exercise for
abs growth because in this exercise all body move
so this exercise not only helps to abs but also
develop the upper body as well as lower body.
