• A company cannot become most favorite employer if
  it doesnt have a skilled Human Resource
  Department. There are many things to handle for
  an HR beyond Recruitment.
• Relationship with employees This is the first
  and foremost activity required by HRs to make
  their presence felt in the organisation. Every
  employee must be comfortable in sharing their
  vows or concerns with their HR managers.
• Managing Technical Skills Almost all the
  organizations are using technology in some or the
  other business working. Though technology is not
  the main run, but change in technology is going
  to pose the challenge.
• Developing Leadership Although, on paper
  companies describe the leadership models applied
  in the organisation but in reality they are not
  giving much importance in developing individual
  leaderships within business verticals or within
  projects as well.

• Compliance with Policies HRs are given the
  heavy duty of writing the policies for majority
  of business functionalities. These policies are
  supposed to be followed by every individual who
  is associated with the organisation across all
  levels.
• Managing Change Business environment is
  volatile. Consumer expectations are changing day
  by day. Competition is becoming more challenging.
  And all this is leading to interventions in terms
  of turnaround, restructuring, downsizing etc.
