ever caught yourself wishing your days had 48

    hide-and-seek or chasing games, exercising can
    improve your life in many ways. It doesnt only
    keep you fit, but it also releases endorphins,
    reduces the risk of many illnesses, delays
    ageing, reduces stress and in general, it keeps
    you happy. As winter approaches, it also helps
    you keep your metabolism high -therefore youll
    stay warmer-, and your immune system will stay
    more active as well.

    neglecting our bonds with the closest people in
    our lives, is not finding enough time for them,
    between work and housework. But the truth is,
    keeping our social bonds alive can improve our
    lives incredibly, and we cannot truly thrive
    without those we love.

    quality time with your friends and family, being
    100 focused while you communicate with them.
    This will help your bonds with your loved ones
    become deeper and more meaningful, thus bringing
