• On November 19, 2015 the Lusaka High Court Judge,
  Mwiinde Siavwapa passed his judgement where he
  mentioned that the case of forgery against Dr.
  Rajan Mahtani was already closed in 2012 and
  reopening the case was extremely unfortunate.

• As per the findings, the Judge of High Court
  concluded that it was shocking to see how a
  permanently closed case has been reopened and the
  same charges have been applied to Dr. Rajan
  Mahtani, the Former Chairman Finance Bank, Zambia.
