Judicial Review to follow soon after the infamous
arrest of Dr. Rajan Mahtani

Dr. Rajan Mahtani had applied to the Lusaka High
Court for a judicial review following his arrest
in June 2015.

The Lusaka High Court has put a stay on the
arrest of Dr. Mahtani and has granted him the
opportunity to go for a judicial review and
question his arrest.

On June 25 2015, Lusaka High Court Judge Mwiinde
Siavwapa allowed Dr. Mahtani to go for a judicial
review.

Close sources have revealed that this review will
expose the conspirators who have been constantly
defaming Dr. Rajan Mahtani in the past.

The arrest of Dr. Rajan Mahtani was a planned
conspiracy where it was shown that Dr. Mahtani
had forged signatures to gain the ownership of
Portland Cement Zambia.

According to PACRA, Finsbury Investment holds 58
stake at the ZPC and hence, is the real owner.
