  • Develop a sense of himself/herself in both the
    deaf and hearing cultures.
  • Develop opportunities for work-based learning,
    exposure to work, and paid and volunteer work.
  • Develop positive work habits, social and
    communication skills with deaf and hearing people
    and general knowledge of business operations.
  • Develop an understanding of appropriate
    job-related behavior punctuality, social
    skills, rules of workplace.
