FCC 911 Rules Additional Actions
  • Additional mailing and telephone campaign
  • After release of the FCCs rules, TWC provided
    additional notices to customers and obtained
    additional acknowledgements from customers on the
    powering disclosure and the modem disclosure
  • New process for notice/acknowledgement of
    powering disclosure and modem disclosure
  • TWC will obtain acknowledgments through a third
    party acknowledgment process handled over an
    automated telephone system during every sale
