  • Muscular Dystrophy Association Walk
  • COMMUNITY SERVICE BENEFIT
  • Will provide MCI corporate recognition for
    volunteer work already being done by employees
    under banner of other company amateur radio clubs.

  • EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS OBJECTIVE
  • SKYWARN (volunteer weather spotting, in
    conjunction with National Weather Service
    Forecast Offices )
  • Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service
  • Amateur Radio Emergency Service
  • Intra-MCI Emergency Communications
  • EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS BENEFIT
  • Will provide public relations to local, state,
    and national governmental agencies and similar
    emergency service groups in other corporations.

  • This training would be provided at no cost to
    MCI, and would enhance the overall skill levels
    of those involved.

OUR REQUEST
  • Permission to form corporate-wide club of
    licensed employees
  • Use of the MCI name and logo on club materials
  • Permission to coordinate (post notices, etc.)
  • Use of public access meeting rooms
  • Use of WEB space on the intranet for club
    coordination
  • Use of WEB space on the internet for public
    information
  • Corporate support to provide volunteer
    recognition items (t-shirts, etc.)
  • Recognition that, as club matures, the need for
    corporate support may increase.
