SFX a summary

• SFX provides extended services (different kinds
  of links)
• SFX enables the localization of services and uses
  the appropriate links
• SFX sets up standardization of services across
  resources, as is defined by the librarian
• SFX furnishes a single point of administration of
  the various services for all data sources
• SFX is based on the OpenURL standard
• SFX linking is compatible with other linking
  services including DOI/CrossRef
