Marketing
  • Marketing will include photography of your
    property and creating a photo gallery to be
    placed on the Windermere Website, as well as on
    my personal websites. A DVD movie will also be
    included to give the buyer the feel for the total
    property, view, and details.
  • The photographs are used to create the flyer that
    will be in your home
  • Ads with photos will be placed in various news
    media - Puget Sound Business Journal - Queen Anne
    News - color ads in City Living which cover
    Madison Park, Belltown, Capitol Hill, Magnolia,
    Queen Anne.
  • Seattle Times ads will be at least 2 times a
    month with open houses
  • I believe that one of the best ways to promote
    your property is through the large network of
    Windermere Real Estate brokers and agents.
  • Your property will be open to Windermere agents
    only on the first Monday after the property is
    listed.
  • The second open house will be a general open for
    the real estate brokers.

Communication

Closing
  • You can expect to close the transaction within 30
    to 60 days from acceptance of the offer.
  • Once you have an acceptable offer, our role as
    listing agent shifts to transactions specialists.
  • I work with the buyers lender to verify the
    buyers financial ability to perform.
  • I accept and deliver all required support and
    legal documents.
  • The costs involved will include Excise tax 1.78
    of the sale price, escrow fee, title report and
    the brokerage fee total fees should not exceed
    8.5 of the total sales price.
