    the deployment of a robust, cost effective,
    state-of-the-art intercampus communications
    infrastructure and supporting resources
    accessible to all institutions of higher
    education in the Great Plains region Provide
    high quality operational support for the
    infrastructure

    resources to the region.

    infrastructure development

    pre-submission review (5 proposals annually)
  • Sponsor 4 regional workshops per year in domain
    science area and networking resulting in a
    workshop report reviewing capabilities and
    specific objectives
