  • There are many different types of Indian Veg
    Recipes are available at FoodStalking like Dum
    Aloo, Veg Handi and Paneer Adraki.
  • Recipe of Dum Aloo
  • Boil and peel the potatoes and prick them with
    fork for them to soak curry inside.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai add jeera, bay leaf , red
    chilies, garlic, kaju , green chilies, turmeric
    and chopped onions. Saute for a minute and then
    remove it from the flame. Remove the bay leaf and
    blend rest ingredients into a smooth puree.

  • We have our onion and tomato paste ready.
  • In the same kadhai, in oil add laung, cinnamon,
    cardamom. Saute. Add both onion and tomato paste.
    Keep stirring for 2-4 minutes.
  • Add salt, honey, cream and mix well. Let it boil
    for 2 minutes. then add potatoes and bring it to
    boil.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and crushed
    kasuri methi and keep stirring for 8-10 minutes.
  • After this it will ready for eat.

  • Dhaba Meat Recipes -
  • Wash the mutton thoroughly, mix curd to it.
  • Now add all the Powdered Masalas (half quantity
    of each mentioned in ingredients) except Degi
    Mirch Salt, and mix it well.
  • Make a smooth paste of Ginger, Garlic Green
    Chilies, and add half of this paste to the above
    marination of mutton.

  • Keep this marinated mutton in fridge for 4-6hrs.
  • Heat Oil in a pan, put all the whole masalas
    grinded onions. Cook till Onions turn Golden
    brown.
  • Add, rest of ginger, garlic green chilly paste
    to th pan fry it for 5mins.
  • Add rest of half powdered masalas, and Degi mirch
    to the pan. Cook the mixture till the Oil
    separates.
  • Add the marinated mutton to the pan now, cook
    it for 40-45mins on low flame with the lid
    closed.

  • Now, add the above cooked mutton to the pressure
    cooker and cook it till 2-3 whistles, and let the
    pressure release itself.
  • Now add the desired amount of water (as per the
    thickness of gravy) let it cook (on low flame)
    till the mutton is tender.
  • Garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve it hot
    with Roomali Rotis.
