Protect, preserve and enhance the functional
integrity of Macon County ecosystems and its
significant natural resources and promote the
economic benefits of these resources through
careful development unique to Macon
County. Establish a secondary and continuing
educational system that enables Macon County
children and adults to compete in the global job
market and that provides a skilled population
capable of attracting commercial and industrial
development to Macon County.
