OVERVIEW Order Import Magento Extension enables
the customer to import orders through csv rather
than processing each one individually. Store
owners process orders in bulk on a daily basis.
It's always a challenge to processes these orders
individually. Surprisingly, Magento does not have
an inbuilt functionality where-in the customer
can import orders in bulk.   With the help of
Order Import Magento Extension the user can
simply create a file and import orders directly
to the system. Our Order Import Magento Extension
provides a way import order to be highlighted in
the order detail screen.

• Installation Steps
• Clear the store cache under var/cache and all
  cookies for your store domain.
• Disable compilation for Magento 1.4. Log into
  Magento Admin Panel and go to System ? Tools ?
  Compilation and disable the compilation.

Be sure that the Compilation ?ode is disabled
(System-gtTools --gtCompilation)

Installation Steps 3. Disable JS CSS merging
Navigate to System-gtConfiguration-gtDeveloper Tab
and disable "Merge css / js". We suggest that you
enable error reporting.

Installation Steps 4. Upload file manually If you
use a different from default theme - be sure to
rename app/design/frontend/default/default and
skin/frontend/default/default folders to your
store's values. Using your FTP client upload
content to your store root.

Installation Steps 5. Clear Cache
Then navigate to System-gtCache Storage Management
and and clear Cache.
Do select and Refresh it by pressing submit button
6. Log out then log back in to your admin panel.

Configuration After install the extension is
successfully installed, admin can click on
Sales ? Brainvire OrderImport in the Magento
Admin Panel.

Configuration On this screen you can easily place
bulk orders in Magento

• Select the csv file by clicking on Choose File
• Chosen csv file will be saved in the var/import/
  folder.
• If there was any error during the process, it
  will be displayed on the page and a log file will
  be created - brainvire_order.log in the log/
  folder.

• If import order product does not exist then it
  displays an error and also creates a log file -
  brainvire_order.log in var/log/folder.
• The row for that order is skipped and further
  order processing continues.

• If order number in CSV already exists in the
  Magento System, an error is displayed as shown
  below. A log is placed in the log file at
  brainvire_order.log in the var/log/ folder.
• The row for that order is skipped and the order
