U2 Sessions for Finance

• Accounting Services will offer the following
  workshops through U2
• Accounting Services Policies Procedures
• November 8, 900-1130 a.m.
• Budget Inquiry Ledger Cash Balance
• November 16, 130-300 p.m.

UND Purchasing Card

• The Visa Purchasing card transactions are now
  processed in PeopleSoft. The transactions will be
  loaded by week so there will be 4 vouchers in a
  month.
• Any corrections that need to be done should be
  processed on a Journal Voucher for all non-grant
  funds. Charges on grant Funds (Fund
  40000-49999) should continue to be corrected on
  a Journal Entry.

• If you don't know the voucher number, then you
  can search by using Elan's Vendor ID(0000000217)
  to find the voucher number.
