AssetTrak PPC

• AssetTrak PPC is BMIs fixed asset
  reconciliation tool that is designed to interface
  with the fixed asset module. An export, or
  download, from the fixed asset module will
  populate the master file table in AssetTrak PPC.
  A physical inventory using one of BMIs pocket PC
  scanners, programmed for AssetTrak PPC, is
  uploaded into the scanned table in AssetTrak PPC.
  Our Access database compares your scanned files
  with your master file and automatically posts
  changes or status to the NEW master file. The
  updated or corrected data is exported from
  AssetTrak PPC and available for uploading,
  importing into your fixed asset module.

AssetTrak PPC System. It allows you to

• Download transfer a copy of your master asset
  file from the Fixed Asset Module into
  AssetTrak PPC utilizing the CSI FAS interface
  program.
• Sync to Pocket PC device
• Inventory your assets with a barcode scanner
• Upload/Sync to ATPPC daily
• Compare/Reconcile your scanned data to the copy
• of your master file in AssetTrak PPC
• When you have completed scanning a location,
  view ATPPC reports take action on asset
  exceptions
• Export New copy of master assets from ATPPC
• Import Post a NEW copy of your master
  asset file to the Fixed Asset module
