Program (at the track)
  • Each of the races in the series is an exceptional
promotional and advertising venue. They offer
great opportunities for hosting key business
influencers and optimal brand exposure to an
    educated and affluent target audience.
  •
  • Branding.
  •
  • A fundamental component to this marketing program
is the branding opportunity. The commercial art
of your company logo will be integrated with the
function and form of the race machine, fleet
vehicles and team uniforms. These elements will
be fused together in a cohesive representation to
convey success on and off the track.
  •
  • The image of your company name and logo will
leave an enduring impression for those in
attendance and those at home watching on
television. Millions of people throughout the
season will come to view your involvement
synonymously with the team and the sport. In
addition to motorcycles emblazoned with your
company livery, our racing outfits will also
adorn your logo to maximize impressions during
    pre/post-race interviews, T.V. broadcasts, in
    published photos and promotional collateral.
  • Hospitality.
  •
  • Hospitality provides a critical touch point in
the program. It is a wonderful opportunity for
one-on-one contact with people who can create
business growth for your company. From the moment
they arrive, your guests will be accorded VIP
    treatment throughout the entire hospitality
experience. In addition to food and beverages,
guests will meet the riders, the team and get a
firsthand look at the workings of a professional
racing organization. Guests will have photos
taken with the motorcycle - all photos will be
signed and sent to each recipient with a thank
you note as a memento of the great time they
had. The riders will meet, greet and talk with
your guests one-on-one. The business magic of
these activities is that the people who have the
power to increase your business will become
emotionally involved in your companys name.
Guests will be provided with hats and golf shirts
identifying them as a member of your team. Guests
will get to know the riders, the race team and
will instantly become a trackside fan of your
symbiotic racing effort. They will be rewarded
with the thrill of the event and a possible
podium or win. They will become immersed in the
    addictive atmosphere of the event.

Program contd(Away from the track)
  • A relationship with the team can also be
leveraged to remain top-of-mind with your key
constituents away from the race track and at
    private functions.
  •
  • Shows and functions.
  •
  • When its not race time - its show time! the
team is a visible, exciting marketing property
    that conveys prestige and competitiveness.
Consumers perceive motorsport sponsors as more
    aggressive, innovative and responsive than
non-sponsoring companies. Away from the race
track the team is put to work as an ambassador
giving access to exciting opportunities to
leverage the sponsorship program such as
    point-of-sale promotions and speaking engagements
at business functions and conferences. The
motorcycle provides a turn-key, fully branded
event display to further enhance selected key
marketing opportunities. This added value feature
is available for trade shows, conferences and
    exhibitions, point-of-purchase sales, lifestyle
displays, employee appreciation days and other
    corporate functions.
  • Trackdays
  •
  • Another way to keep positive effects of this
program working towards building business away
from race day is to hold a series of trackdays
for your customers. Your organization invites a
group for a day of experiencing what it feels
like to ride a motorcycle on the racetrack. You
will host them at any convenient racetrack for
their location. They will spend the day improving
their riding ability in a safe, friendly fun
environment . This expands on the camaraderie
built up at the race venue and will help to build
customer loyalty. Participants will gain real
insight into the sport and the talent required to
race at top speed. A CD library of photos from
the day long event will be available. Our riders
will of course attend as ambassadors and to serve
as coaches to encourage and assist all of your
    guests.
