• Conditions of Participation
• Rules Regulation
• The tournament will follow the league format.
• It shall be consist of only Individual and double
  (men and women)
• Each player is allowed to play only one category.
• This tournament will implement the 21 points
  system and may follow the current International
  Badminton Federation (IBF) and Badminton
  Association of Malaysia (BAM) rules and
  regulations.
• The knockout format shall be formed. The
  collection of the points shall determine the
  winner of this tournament.
• In each circuit, the Champion and 1st Runner-up
  are automatically qualified to the Grand
  Master/Final. .
• The participants shall submit their names to the
  secretariat or representatives for ballot
  process.
• The organizer shall not be liable for any lost,
  damage, and injury suffered by the participants
  in the course of the participation in this
  tournament.
• Submission of the form shall constitute consent
  by the participants that they are bound to follow
  the rules, which has been stated as above.
• Any violation of above stated rules and
  regulations committed by any participating
  singles or pairs, they are or he or she shall be
  disqualified from this tournament.
• The organizer has an absolute right either to
  amend or repeal any rules whenever it finds
  necessary to do.
• The player (s) are not qualified to the Grand
  Master/Final are allowed to play in next Circuit.
• Participation Fees
• Single RM 15 per entry Double RM 30 per pair
