Conclusion

• The USA is by far the world's biggest polluter
  and is also the country that is seen as least
  active in fighting world pollution. Failure to
  ratify the Kyoto Protocol is a serious mistake
  and much of the world is left in shock and horror
  that the USA ignores these issues.
