Implementation

• Linux platform with kernel 2.2 and 2.4
• Kernel is developed based on the framework of TC
  (Traffic Control) in Linux.
• TC is a framework which supports network quality
  of service in Linux kernel.
• Communication between kernel and user space is
  based on netlink which is a specialized socket.
