• MISSION
• Designing and implementing an experimental
  integrated model of public and private services,
  which appeals to social network and to the
  social capital of the communities involved.
• MAIN OBJECTIVES
• Fostering the reform process of employment
  services, by valuing the role played by social
  networks (both public and private)
• þ with the view to promoting customized
  guidance, training and/or job and social
  insertion projects for young people.

• BENEFICIARIES
• young people between 18- and 25 year
• Ø especially disadvantaged people in job
  insertion
• INTERVENTION SCENERY
• Unenployement affects a high number of young
  people (especially women living in Southern
  Italy)moreover they seem to encounter greater
  difficulties in facing the changes affecting the
  labour market (new forms of non-standardised
  employement).

INSTRUMENTS Design and implementation of local/
regional/interregional networks whose actors will
be - economic and social associations -
voluntary organisations - third sector
organisations. Such actors will sign a SOCIAL
AND LABOUR PACT, aimed at facilitating the job
and social insertion of young people and
enhancing guidance and training projects.
